Delivery Timeframe

•  Orders for stock items are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
• Orders for custom made or personalised items, the delivery time frame depends on what you order. Custom made or personalised items such as balls can take up to 5 – 8 weeks to be dispatched if imported by air, or up to 14 weeks by sea.
• We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability Velocity Sport  shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
• Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
